How Wriggly Works
Wriggly is a daily puzzle. You start with one four-letter word and try to reach another. Each step, change exactly one letter. The new string must still be a real four-letter word. Keep going until you hit the target.
The Rules
- Change one letter per guess — not two, not a reshuffle.
- Every guess must be a valid four-letter English word from the game dictionary.
- Order matters: you are building a chain from start to target.
- There is one puzzle per calendar day. Come back tomorrow for a new ladder.
Why It Feels Good
Short ladders reward careful letter swaps. Longer ones ask you to plan a few moves ahead — park a vowel, flip a consonant, then finish. Hints (when available) nudge you toward a useful next hop without dumping the whole path.
This page never shows today’s start or target on purpose. Spoilers stay in the game screen only after you open it.
